Tailor Your Credit is a credit repair and consulting business operated by Angelo Garay in Phoenix, Arizona. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Use of This Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting any form, requesting a consultation, or communicating with Tailor Your Credit. You may not use this site to engage in any activity that violates applicable federal, state, or local law.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Credit repair results depend on the specific contents of your credit report, the accuracy and verifiability of items on your file, bureau response times, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, score increase, or item removal. Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), no credit repair organization may legally guarantee specific credit results. Any statement on this website describing timelines or typical client experiences is informational only and is not a guarantee. Individual results will vary.

4. Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) Disclosures

Tailor Your Credit operates as a credit repair organization under CROA (15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq.) and the Arizona Credit Services Organizations Act (A.R.S. § 44-1701 et seq.). As required by federal law, we disclose the following:

• You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly, at no charge.
• Neither you nor any credit repair company has the right to have accurate, current, and verifiable information removed from your credit report. Credit bureaus must remove accurate negative information only if it is more than 7 years old (10 years for bankruptcy).
• You have the right to obtain a free copy of your credit report under certain circumstances, including within 60 days of a credit denial.
• You have the right to cancel any service agreement with Tailor Your Credit within 3 business days of signing, for any reason, with no penalty and a full refund of any amounts paid.
• You have the right to sue Tailor Your Credit for violations of CROA and may recover actual damages, punitive damages, and attorney's fees if violations are found.

5. Service Agreements and Fees

All services are provided under a separate written service agreement that you will receive before any work begins. Fees are charged only after services have been performed — no advance fees are collected. Your exact pricing is determined based on the contents of your credit report and will be provided during your consultation before you commit to any program. Consultation fees: the initial consultation is free and carries no obligation.

6. SmartCredit Requirement

Active enrollment in SmartCredit credit monitoring ($30/month) is required to participate in a credit repair program with Tailor Your Credit. SmartCredit is a third-party service operated independently of Tailor Your Credit. Tailor Your Credit receives an affiliate referral for SmartCredit enrollments (PID 58460). SmartCredit's own terms of service and privacy policy govern your relationship with SmartCredit.

7. Prohibited Activities

Under CROA and applicable law, Tailor Your Credit does not and will not:

• Advise you to make false or misleading statements to credit bureaus or creditors
• Advise you to create a new credit identity using a different Social Security Number, credit privacy number, or employer identification number
• Dispute accurate, current, and verifiable information on your credit report
• Charge fees before services are fully performed

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and the free credit guide — is the property of Tailor Your Credit or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and all information on it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, or tax advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tailor Your Credit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of this site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable federal law, including CROA. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.
